Do I need any medical licenses to partner with KiteMD?

No. KiteMD handles all clinical compliance, physician oversight, and regulatory requirements. You focus on your business. We handle the medical side.

How do patients get support?

Patients can message their assigned physician directly through the secure patient portal. For billing questions, they can access the Stripe Customer Portal from their dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All patient health information is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security, append-only audit logs, and follow HIPAA-conscious practices throughout the platform.
